Is there a minimum commitment?

We ask for an initial 3-month commitment to give the strategy time to work. After that, it’s month-to-month with 30 days’ notice to pause or cancel.

Do I need to provide all the photos and videos?

We’ll use a mix of what you provide, what’s already on your pages, and curated stock where appropriate. For the best results, we’ll guide you on how to capture quick photos and short clips during your normal workday.

Can you reply to comments and DMs for us?

Yes — within the starter package we handle basic engagement like liking, replying to simple comments and triaging DMs. Anything that needs your specific input (like custom quotes) gets passed on to you.

What if I already have someone posting occasionally?

That’s totally fine. We can either take over the full management or work alongside them to bring consistency and strategy to what’s being posted.

Will this work if most of my business is word-of-mouth?
